Matt brings the drive and competitive nature to fitness similar to what he had playing sports growing up. The ability to push and motivate people to achieve their physical and mental goals compels them to work hard. He believes in that mindset and assisting others in reaching their ultimate goals through The Move For Good. Matt works with our member base - new and existing. He fields any and all questions regarding how The Move For Good community and platform works with and for you!
