A: To pay forward what was given to me when I crossed the threshold of my very first fitness community: An unconstrained reminder of the wonder and freedom it is to be me.

Co-Founder of The Move For Good, Katie is one of those humans that you are often left asking “is she always that happy?”. Answer is YES, and her typical response is “why wouldn’t I be”? Katie’s life was forever changed at the age of 16 when she was invited into her first group fitness class. From that day on, she has had a personal mission to pay forward the power of community, connection and movement in a place where you are heard, seen and allowed to work through whatever it is you show up with. It takes one moment to create an impact, and that is what you will experience every time you connect with her.

 

Katie’s professional bio is a cool adventure. She began instructing fitness classes at the age of 18, managed and built programs for major health club organizations by the age of 20. She then began her role training and educating fitness professionals across the country, along with using her skill and passion of innovation to create signature classes and programming. You might recognize Katie as a star fitness pro in multiple videos and online content, but her favorite appearances are the ones made right here with you at The Move For Good!
